                             RESOLUTION NO.   20283  
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF PUBLIC WORKS TO CONTRACT WITH THE 
                   ELECTRIC POWER BOARD TO RELOCATE 46KV AND 
                   12KV POWER LINES ALONG WILSON ROAD TO 
                   ACCOMMODATE THE INSTALLATION OF THE ST. ELMO 
                   PARALLEL INTERCEPTOR, SAID CONTRACT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED 
                   THIRTEEN AND 59/100 DOLLARS ($89,213.59).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with the 
       Electric Power Board to relocate 46KV and 12KV power lines along 
       Wilson Road to accommodate the installation of the St. Elmo 
       Parallel Interceptor, said contract not to exceed $89,213.59.
